Eleni, ar ôl dwy flynedd lle nad oedd hi’n bosib i ni ddod ynghyd am barti ‘Dolig nac unrhyw ddathliad arall, roeddwn i am wneud rhywbeth bach yn wahanol ar gyfer parti, rhywbeth fyddai’n dod â phawb ynghyd gan ein bod fel tîm yn byw ar draws Cymru erbyn hyn.
Felly, ar ddiwrnod oer, oer yn Rhagfyr fe wnaethon ni ymgasglu ar draeth anhygoel Mwnt yng nghwmni yr artist tywod Rachel Shiamh. Roedd hi’n wag yno ac yn berffaith i ni ddarlunio logo Agri Trader yn y tywod – gallwch chi weld canlyniad ein hymdrechion yn y lluniau a’r fideo drôn. Roedd e’n brofiad gwych wnaethon ni gyd fwynhau mas draw.
This year – after 2 years of not having a Christmas party – we thought we’d do something different, something we’d all remember and something that would bring the team together as we now have employees all over Wales.
So just before Christmas, we headed to Mwnt, a secluded, sandy beach north of Cardigan…it was ‘brisk’ (remember that icy spell? Yes, it was then), but it was empty, and perfect for etching the Agri Trader logo in the sand. Fifteen of us, the Agri Trader team and a few friends, got involved and with the expert guidance of Rachel Shiamh we think we created something pretty cool…the drone footage shows it off to its full effect.
Homemade mince pies, mulled wine and a beach fire kept us warm. Huw, Chris and Holly braved the rough seas and big waves for a quick dip too – although the rest of the team wimped out on this. It was the first Agri Trader Christmas event for new recruit, Bernadette, our Borders Sales Manager – she’s still with us, so she doesn’t think we are totally mad!
We headed to The Albion in Cardigan then for some great locally sourced dishes and plenty of Christmas spirit. It was a great way to bring the year to a close and get everyone together as a team.
And now we’re all set for 2023!
