28-year-old Ifan Davies, Chair of Meirionydd Young Farmers, recently achieved an incredible feat: shearing 1063 ewes in a gruelling 17-hour marathon!

With all the talk of Artificial Intelligence recently, we’ve gone straight to the source and asked ChatGPT some hard hitting questions about how it can help humankind, or if it has plans for world domination!

Caws Teifi Cheese is a family run artisan cheesemaking business located at Glynhynod, Bwlchygroes near Llandysul. Glynhynod or “Remarkable valley” is a 45-acre farm at the head of the Chwerchyr valley, which joins the river Teifi at Henllan.

One of the most productive farms in Ceredigion has to be Henbant, Talgarreg run by the Evans family. The farm has been in the Evans family for 100 years, currently run by Emyr and Edwina along with their son Eilir. After returning from 7 months farming in New Zealand some 20 years ago, Eilir shifted the farm’s focus to milk production on grazed grass.
